Authors Guidelines

    The papers submitted to the journal should not have been published before or under consideration for publication in another journal. If such cases occur, the article is rejected on condition that refutation is published and the journal imposes the required sanctions on the author(s).

    Studies out of the scope of the journal are not accepted. However, in some cases, the concerned publication is accepted with the approval of the editorial board and the field editors.

    Under no circumstances, does the journal undertake the responsibility of the content and scientific reliability of the papers. Each author is held responsible for his/her articles, prepared and published.

    None of the authors can assert legal rights on the journal.

    Papers are accepted on condition that the author is registered to be a member of the journal.

    If the article is produced from such sources as dissertations, books, and so on, the information concerning the source should be stated by giving reference to the title on the abstract page.

    The journal publishes 3 times in a year. However, there might be changes in the periods depending on the publication process. The journal cannot be held responsible for this.

    Jel code or sub jel code should be included in the studies of social sciences. Under no circumstances are the studies without jel codes accepted.

    Each study, accepted for the evaluation should have the approval of the two referees.

    Following the evaluation of the studies, major and minor corrections can be assigned to the author. These corrections are requested from the author three times. If the requested corrections are not made for the third time, the publication is rejectedy the system automatically

    The referees act independently in the journal. Authors cannot exercise power over the referees or cannot demand anything from the referees.

    Following the necessary steps, the current studies are uploaded to the system by the registered members of the journal. The uploaded study is sent to the related field editor by the system manager, and the approval of referee evaluation is requested.

    The language of the journal is Turkish. However, studies in other languages are accepted if the editorial board approves. This situation is completely under the initiative of the editorial board. The journal acts unilaterally. Authors are not allowed to interfere in this process.

    None of the authors are allowed to suggest a referee to evaluate their papers and the names of the referees will not be revealed to the authors. In case some deficiency or correction problems are encountered during the evaluation process, the report of the referee is sent to the author in the first place. The name of the referee will not be revealed to the author or authors, and authors cannot demand anything and assert any legal rights.

    Sisteme yüklenen çalışmaların sayfa sayısı 25’tir. Bu miktar yine çalışmanın konusuna göre artış gösterebilir. Ek ve tablolar bu sayının dışında tutulabilir. Fakat ilgili durum hakkında yayın kurulu başta olmak üzere alan editörü olumlu veya olumsuz değerlendirme yapma hakkına tek taraflı olarak sahiptir. Bu konuda yazar ya da yazarlar bir hak iddiasında bulunamaz.

    The evaluation process for the studies uploaded to the system takes two months. Studies, not evaluated within this period, are sent to a different referee.

    Publication and the copyrights of the published studies belong to the journal. The copyright of each study, uploaded to the system, is automatically transferred to the journal. No signature for the copyright agreement is requested from the author. The author accepts all these conditions in advance. Objections are never accepted.

    No copyright fees are paid.

THE JOURNAL HAS THE RIGHT TO USE ITS LEGAL RIGHTS UNILATERALLY WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF RELEVANT RULES AND LIABILITIES AGAINST THE AUTHOR/AUTHORS ACTING OUT OF THE FRAMEWORK OF RELEVANT PRINCIPLES or RULES. EVERYBODY INCLUDED IN THE SYSTEM ACCEPTS THESE RULES IN ADVANCE.
